Blimpy Burger Attemptby `electricjonny

This is my attempt at making a Blimpy Burger (the best local burger joint in Ann Arbor - See a Food Network video here, and a picture of a burger here).

Now visually, this is a mess. But it makes up for it in taste

One thing that sets these burgers apart from any other place is they stack their patties on top of each other. So they use really thin patties, but they pile them up. Watch the video to see what I mean.

Cooking is always fun (and delicious), and I thought I would try mimicking this awesome burger. I learned that you need ground beef that is really finely ground, and to work on a griddle that won't wiggle all over the place as you squish the beef balls down
