Front Yard Time Lapse

This is a time lapse I tried. I'm still experimenting with my camera settings, but this looked decent, so I thought I would submit it

I shot this with my Canon PowerShot SX100 IS, which is a still camera, point & shoot. I used a hacked firmware that lets me load scripts into it, that's how I was able to have it take a picture every minute or so. I used the CHDK firmware, and the Sunset4 script to do the time lapse. I still need to play with the settings, because it overexposed things at the start and end. Originally this was taken a few hours before sunrise and a few hours after sunset.

Anyway, I'll probably be doing more of these, but this was mostly a test to see how it all works.

Animated in After Effects to put the image sequence together, add the music, and do some curves and color adjustments on the video.
