I was bored and for fun I decided to make an I support irregular shaped stamps! stamp. Just for shits and giggles.
Not the highest of quality, but whatever. Use it wherever you want. -- Photoshop for the border, After Effects for all the animation and text. Comments Which efect you use for the border?

Camila Bobea (Blinklight Zen) I got the stamp template here, then I took it in Photoshop and made PNG images of just each side and brought them into After Effects. From there it was just a lot of key framing to move the borders around along with an animated mask to hide some of the edges.
There's not really a simple effect that I used, but I got the original image for the borders from deviantART. Thanks!
