I was testing to see how my new camera does with Infrared, and it's not bad. I don't think it's as great as my old camera, but I can live with it.
Taken with a 720 nm IR filter.

Overall Vision
Originality Technique ImpactI like the idea a lot, and I think that you used the infrared technique has enhanced this image a lot, by giving it a sense of mystery even fairytale like.
While I like the subject you have photographed, I think it could have been put in scene a little better. I do not think that the composition is bad, but I neither think it is the most interesting that you could have chosen. In my opinion it could have been better if you only had one tree, which would have evoked a little more feeling. It would also add a real point for the eye to focus on, while right now that does lack a little.
Still it is a good piece of work! I hope this helped.
