I keep coming back here at night, expect a few more night/architecture shots.

Anyway, I really liked the way the buildings looked with this pool thing in the foreground. It's 4 different exposures to get the all of the different brightnesses looking good.

This is the University of Michigan engineering/architecture school in Ann Arbor MI.

Canon Powershot S2 IS.
Photoshop to combine the different exposures, went to LAB mode to tweak the colors/get rid of some strange color spots, curves to get the brightness right, a bit of sharpening and a little dodging and burning.

Too bad you couldn't get a reflection.

Reflection of the building? That would have been nice, but the water was kind of rough.

Then again, there's always a way with Photoshop :plotting:

You still could have gotten a bit of the building in the water.

Yeah, I might go back during the day when there's more light.
