this is a picture of a statue outside a catholic church in pensilvania.

i'm not sure if i like the rope lights that are in the shot, so let me know what you think.

ilford hp5, scanned from the neg, curves in photoshop to make the statue stand out more.

yeah, i'm not at all religous and when i looked at this picture i didn't really find anything interesting in it, but after playing with the curves and seeing how i could make her brighter and stand out better, i thought it looked kinda cool.

To be honest, the rope lights add something to the picture. In a way, I see stars. Pretty, definitely.
