Oh man oh man oh man, sometimes I just love deviantART. If you haven't heard, they made a few changes to the galleries page. You have a lot more control over how things look now. So that is pretty dAmn cool. One big thing I like is... THE GALLERY CSS! That's right, you can style your gallery just like you can do with your journal. This is a subscriber feature though, so go get a sub and try it out

I haven't found much to change yet, but I'm sure the CSS monkeys will find it all and put together a tutorial of some sorts. I changed mine a bit, I kind of like it. The background has an image and I also added the name of each folder to the page in the forum of a sexy image.

It'd be cool to be able to style the whole gallery, right now I think it's limited to only the folders, but who knows, that might happen eventually. Below are some links to my folders, so check them out and give me some tips. I will most likely be changing the background image. I just through this one together real fast.

Hey all, my name is Jon spence. I grew up in Ann Arbor Michigan and I am currently going to college at Ferris State University for Television and Digital Media Production.

I mostly do photography work, but I've dabbled in 3D work. I'm not great, but someday when I have time I'll hone my skills in that area of art.

I started my photography in high school when I took my first photo class. I learned a lot and loved it. Next semester I took the next photography class offered there and learned some more. But after that I had to graduate so I went to my community college and took another class. I think I learned more in that class than any of my previous classes. Pushing and pulling film, the zone system, some advanced film tricks, bla bla bla. I own a few cameras ranging from a Detrola from 1940 to my new digital camera, a Canon Powershot S2 IS but I mostly use my Pentax K1000. Like I mentioned before, I'm learning all about television in my program, so I also know shit loads about television, video cameras, compositing, technical stuff and DVDs.

I wish I had time to take a serious gander at the gallery CSS, but next week is dead week, so I need to start studying now.

I dont really see any reason for the folders to be honest. Only in clubs. But thats just me

I dont know CSS at all. So fat load of good CSS is gunna be for me lmao..
